Delete your BibleAI account

Delete it yourself (takes a minute)

• Website: sign in, open Account, and use Delete account.
• Android or iPhone app: open Settings → Account → Delete account.

You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate.

What is deleted

Your account (email address, password or Google sign-in link) and everything synced to it: your sermons, notes and highlights, saved studies, chat history, reading plans and progress, memorization cards, study notes and settings.

What is kept

• Anonymous usage counts (which tool was used and how many AI tokens it took) are kept without any link to you, to understand costs.
• Payment records, if you ever subscribed, are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, unlinked from your deleted account.
• Copies stored only on a device (for example, in a browser you never signed out of) stay on that device until you clear them.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in the store first.

Can't sign in?

Email powellorenz@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my BibleAI account”. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
